Dbjl Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

• Each bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement. Typically, you are required to wager 15–35 times the bonus amount.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, dbjl reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

• In Live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If your internet connection drops mid-game, the outcome of any active bets will be determined based on our server logs.
• Sports Betting results will be settled only after the official result has been announced.
• Dbjl reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbjl and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Harassing, misleading, or attempting to defraud other members.
• Impersonating dbjl staff or misrepresenting your identity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via email or Live Chat. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Dbjl may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during registration.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Upon account closure, any applicable charges will be deducted from your balance and the remaining funds will be returned, unless a breach of the rules has been established.

• Server issues on the part of third-party game providers.
• Issues caused by limitations of your device or software.

Under no circumstances shall dbjl's total liability exceed your total deposits over the last 30 days.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to resolve.

If a matter cannot be resolved through our support team, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority. The licensing authority's decision on any dispute shall be considered final.
